What a strange world we have found ourselves in!
Whilst we all are trying to keep to the new phenomenon of ‘social distancing’ and staying at home, we would like to offer freshly home cooked meals, safely delivered to your doorstep and ready to heat and serve or freeze for later. Special diets catered for.
We will offer traditional favourites packed in single or 2 person trays with deliveries on Mondays and Thursdays – you just let us know what you fancy and we will do the rest.
It’s a new service and we are in this together so if you have any ideas of dishes you would like us to make please let us know.

If you can pay by bank transfer that will be great but cash or cheque welcome too

Note from the team:
Dear customer.
During this time of uncertainty, if you are elderly or in a high risk category and or you are self-isolating and are unable to come to the shop, we will provide a delivery service on a temporary basis for you, during your period of isolation.
This service will be available if you cannot come to the shop and cannot get family or friends to call on your behalf.
Under these circumstances please contact the shop on 01480 462137 we will take your order and once processed we will call you back to take payment over the phone and arrange delivery.
TO COMPLY WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING NO PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN ON DELIVERY.
When your delivery arrives, our driver will place the delivery at your door and knock or ring the bell, he will then withdraw from your property. He will wait to see you open the door and then leave.
THERE SHOULD BE NO CONTACT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES both for you and our driver’s safety.
Your payment receipt will be with your order.
We would suggest you purchase enough food for a week as frequency of delivery cannot be guaranteed and will be dependent on staff availability.

Deliveries are made in the evening after 5:30pm and 'social distancing' rules will be observed.

The Tall Fish Guy, Remi Clyburn, and his mobile fish and seafood shop, will now deliver to your door, in the Hemingfords on Wednesdays.
His normal route on a Wednesday is usually Hemingford Abbots (Rideaway) at 8:10am, The Axe and Compass by 8:30am, New Road 8.45 and then to The Thorpe Hemingford Grey at 9:00am.
